Name: Remember Ubisi

Ward: Ward 21, Ekurhuleni

My name is Remember Ubisi, and I am the Democratic Alliance Ward 21 Candidate in Ekurhuleni.

I fully subscribe to the DA’s policies and principles of being One Nation with One Future built on Freedom, Fairness, Opportunity, and Diversity. I am an advocate of DA’s vision of an open opportunity society for all, and it is for this reason that I am standing as a Ward Councillor.

Ward 21 has an array of challenges, and these are the issues I will be concentrating on and driving because the community of ward 21 deserve a party that gets things done.

There is currently a lack of basic services being delivered, and I want to fight to prioritise the rollout of sustainable electricity to the community.

The high levels of unemployment in the ward is of concern and I want to work to develop the local economy in an effort to alleviate poverty and crime.

My vision for Ward 21 is to see the community living in a safe and healthy environment, without any fear or danger. I also believe that all residents should receive the best possible services and no community should be neglected.

I am approachable, a team player, creative and I am a solution-driven individual and by voting for the DA on 1 November, we can get things done in Ward 21
