Vote for DA Candidate, Bill Rundle, for Ward 19
Ward Candidate Profile
Name: Bill Rundle
Ward: Ward 19, Ekurhuleni
My name is Bill Rundle, and I am the Democratic Alliance Ward 19 Candidate in the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE).
I am standing as a Ward Councillor because I share the same values of the DA, which include working for change to establish an equal society with open opportunity for all.
The main issues I will be driving in Ward 59 are to improve service deliver and by-law enforcement, to get the R300-million Eastleigh Spruit project underway, which will restore business and investor confidence to support Edenvale, and to promote more resident and community participation in the budgeting processes.
My vision to ensure quality and affordable service delivery to the Ward. Promote prudent spending and prevent wasteful and irregular expenditure of taxpayer’s money.
My family and I, as long time Edenvale residents since 1954, actively participate in community events, issues and social groups.
I am patient, resourceful, innovative and have a good work ethic. I have been working for 53 years of my life, with 25-years in banking, 7-years in the manufacturing, steel and timber industries, 10 years in corporate finance and 11 years as a politician and activist. I have worked with thousands of people of all races, creeds and cultural backgrounds. I have a non-racial and human rights based outlook on life.
